The recommended dose for green tea extract is 250–500 mg a day, and it is best taken with food. A daily dosage of our product contains 665 mg, slightly above the required amount to achieve these positive health benefits and has proven to be very effective. This extra strength dosage is very powerful and much more than similar products on the market contain.

The common daily dosage of apple cider vinegar ranges from 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 mL) or 1–2 tablespoon (15–30 mL) per day. 500 mg of apple cider vinegar powder equates to 2 liquid teaspoons. A daily dosage of this supplement contains 600 mg of apple cider vinegar powder. This extra strength dosage is very powerful and much more than similar products on the market contain.
